זהו זמן עבר שממשיכה בתוספת שזמן עבר רגילה.
לדוגמא: "כשהטלפון צלצל, מיקי היה בחדר" => "טלפון צלצל" - עבר רגיל, "מיקי היה בחדר" - עבר ממושך.

התבנית: sobject + was/were + verb + ing
